Good Foods for Your Muscle Gain Diet

As we know that proteins are the building blocks of muscle, it is always recommended that to build up muscle one should follow higher amount of protein rich diet.

People who follow gym regularly for weight loss or weight gain should follow the muscle gain diet. It is very usual that as the body starts losing fat by breaking lipase tissue, it requires a muscle gain diet.

People who really want to build up muscle should also have follow up with a dietician who can keep changing their diet when required. Because this muscle building diet should not be boring to them.

Also one should follow their BMI (body mass index). This chart helps to know about the required weight and muscle in proportion with height and age. This simple strategy helps to lose lean body mass very fast.

So I can tell that building up of muscle is possible only if the body fat is proper .An obese person cannot gain muscle weight because it will put him on more weight along with fat. Sprouts-chicken Berger

Ingredients: burger bun, 2 Low fat butter or cheese Sprouts Tomato cut in round shape Onions cut in round shape, Processed boneless chicken mince

Method: Cut the burger bread in two equal halves. Put butter on it. Place the processed chicken mince and sprouts and put the onion and tomato. Then place the other equal half of burger bread.
