Definite quantity means that proteins must cover around thirty percent and about thirty five percent of carbohydrates are sufficient whereas fats must be only twenty percent.
If the food only contains proteins and fewer carbohydrates then one can gain muscles in lesser time because as we all know proteins are the best body building food.
Meet and eggs are the best examples for this category. Diet supplements, are also available for this purpose but one must use them but with great care.
As these does not benefits the same way as the nutritious diet provides you. In the end, the conclusion is that no exercise or workout or diet supplements can help you to gain good muscles unless and until you have healthy food.
