How Often Should You Eat in a Muscle Gain Diet?
The most important part of muscle building is diet at right time. The three main components for muscle building are PROTIEN, CARBOHYDRATES and FATS.
The basic amount of protein for proper muscle building are 1-1.6 grams per pound of body weight, required carbs are 2.5 gram per pound of body weight, required fats is .25 grams per pound of body weight.
We have to feed our mea in such manner that all these requirements get fulfilled.
Body building foods should be consumed at least 5 to 8 times per day at the interval of 2 to 3 hours.
Every small meal should contain right amount of protein, carbs and fats. As we all know that 70% of our body is made up of water.
Drinking 10 liter water per day is one of the most important requirements for muscle building.

Complex carbs are found in whole grains, they provide the long lasting fuel one need to train hard, now comes to fats. It is also a vital part of diet. It has to be consumed in correct amount. Fats are of two types’ good fats and bad fats.
Good fats are available in olive oil, fish and nuts. Bad fats are saturated and Trans fat which is found in meat, eggs and vegetable oils.
For proper muscle building food, one has to cut down bad fats in diet and consume right amount of good fats. Everyone wants 6 pack abs. for this; the above mention consistent source of food is must.
